Batman trades himself for the inmates held hostage in Gotham's Arkham Asylum by the Joker, the Mad Hatter, Two-Face, Killer Croc, Clayface, Scarecrow, and Poison Ivy, and faces the possibility of going insane as he battles old enemies.
