Seventeen-year-old Lee doesn't know much about newspapers, so when he lands a job as a copy boy at the Toronto Telegram, he enters a whole new world where panic and energy rule the world. It's a year full of unexpected twists and turns. Along the way, Lee learns how to rely on himself and, most importantly, how people are not what you want them to be, just what they are.
