A collection of songs and poems for children with suggestions for the teacher on how these selctions might be presented, using Orff instruments. The focus for the teacher includes rhythmic elements, rhythmic motives and rhythmic patterns. It includes melodic motives and melodic patterns, and verbal and instrumental ostinatos. Each selection is followed by suggested ways to teach.
