When Giganta steals the Pandora Jar from a museum in New York and opens it, releasing a wave of misery that changes the behavior of every human it touches, Wonder Woman suspects that somebody else is behind Giganta's actions; on the hidden island that was once her home Wonder Woman discovers that the real villain is Ares, God of War, and he is planning to use the jar to unleash World War III on the Earth and it is up to her to stop that from happening.
