A lab experiment has gone terribly wrong. Young Dr. Frankenstein wanted to create life. For months, he has studied and experimented. Now his experiment has succeeded. And Dr. Frankenstein realized that he has created a monster! Horrified, Frankenstein chases the creature away. He hopes that he will never see it again. But then a mysterious crime wave begins.
