Twelve year old Jonah and his mother are on a self-healing mission after the loss of his father. Living in the Queen Charlotte Islands, Jonah sees a mysterious girl appear wading in the waters, and even more mysterious is the mist that saves Jonah after falling off a cliff, plunging him back in time 14,000 years.
