Jeanie's little brother Jake keeps annoying Jeanie, until finally she wishes him to disappear; unfortunately her friend Willow the genie (whose wish-granting powers are not exactly well controlled) is with her at the time--and now the girls have to figure out where Jake has gone and how to get him back.
