After the villainous Joneses stole their superpowers, the Baileys of Split Rock are sent into hiding. Rafter Bailey no longer wants to hide, and even though it is against his parents' wishes, when given the opportunity, he goes out with his brother Benny, cousin Thimon, and best friend Juanita, to search for more superpowers in order to do good once again.
