Jolly and Munk are the only remaining polliwiggles--children who walk on water. With a crew of pirates, ghosts and a dog-headed man, the polliwiggles sail across the Caribbean Sea, pursued by the pirate emperor and a mysterious deadly force known as the Maelstrom.
