Resumen:
Around the 1300s, the Aztecs arrived in the valley of Mexico. They did not have many belongings and were not well-liked by the people already living there. The Aztecs built homes along the swamps of the valley. There was no stone or wood available, so they built their homes from reeds. The Aztecs overcame obstacles and worked hard to improve the quality of their lives. They eventually created an empire that included numerous cities with over 50000 people.
