Anthology for graduating high-school English students. This resource contains several popular themes, each having to do with discovering the world around us. Most of the selections are contemporary and Canadian, with many other cultures anc countries represented. This resources has eight units, each beginning with a brief introduction to the theme, along with relevant quotations and questions to help the student focus as they each read and view. Each selection is followed by additional questions and activities to help students read between the lines, and most include additional notes and author information.
