More than seventy years ago, the evil warlock Warwick and the Halloween Hound failed to take over Fernfield. But now they are back and determined to complete their mission on this Halloween night. Meanwhile, five puppies who call themselves the Buddies are excited about trick-or-treating. But when they enounter a ghost puppy named Pip, he warns them that Warwick and the Hound are going to take over the town and turn it evil. Can the Buddies step them?
