This is no ordinary first day. The rainy season has come to the Mekong Delta, and An, a young Vietnamese boy, stes out alone in a wooden boat, wearing a little backpack and armed only with a single paddle. He knows the journey that lies ahead is a difficult one. He travels through the hallways of the forest, and as the jungle calls his name, he can feel a thousand eyes looking at him. But it will all be worth it when he reaches his destination--one familiar to children around the world.
