Desperate to get a kiss from his favorite friend, a very tall giraffe, Tiny Too-Little Mouse tries to come up with a clever plan to build himself a platform, but when the platform wobbles and suddenly falls to the ground, his friend comes up with a simpler plan that will work just as well.
