Maximizing Math 3 : Centre Pack

Título
Maximizing Math 3 : Centre Pack

Edmonton Public School Resource Development Services

Resumen
This resource contains posters and cardstock copies of all required centre pieces. A developmentally-appropriate approach to grade is one in which students are immersed in a safe environment that encourages creativity and risk taking. Grade mathematics should also allow for creativity and risk taking in order to build positive attitudes towards independent problem-solving skills. This resource was written by a team of teachers to align with the Western and Northern Canadian Protocol's Common Curriculum Framework for K-9 Mathematics [2006]. To this end, it is a resource that emphasizes student thinking, interaction, process, strategies, and meaning making. Students are the drivers of their own learning with teachers and the Student Book acting as guideposts along the way.
