Summary: This program introduces students to different types of wetlands, the plants and animals that inhabit them, and explains how wetlands are complex ecosystems with intricate food chains. After viewing the program students will have a better understanding of the recent recognition of the importance of wetlands and of the effects humans have in regard to their destruction.
