This video deals with the dangerous and destructive crime of car theft. RCMP officer Tim Shields explains that the vast majority of car thieves are drug addicts who steal cars and trucks to raise cash to buy more drugs : death ensues all too often. Victims of car theft and its consequences share their personal stories of pain and grief at the loss of family members. Five car thieves tell their own stories of why they steal cars and the results of their choice to engage in this deadly behaviour.
