When the rodeo comes to Bayport, Joe and Frank catch the ranch hands trying to steal a prize horse. After the boys stop the theft, they're recruited to help drive the cattle back to the ranch. However, mysterious things continue to happen and the Hardy boys have to solve the mystery.
