Footage of flora and fauna of rain forests along the western coast of North America. Recently conflicting forces have clashed - logging companies argue that forest management negates the laws of old world forests - preservationists counter that replacing the trees will take centuries. Meanwhile, an ecosystem wil be destroyed and the survival of species dependent on the forest will be endangered.
