Originally created as an action research project in a central Alberta school, this book is designed to "raise awareness of what bullying is, provide research on bullying, how to get people involved in a school setting to reduce bullying and give a case scenario that works and continues to work." The book includes references (primarily websites), timelines, sample surveys and an antibullying pledge.
