Atlantic Provinces (16 min.): Newfoundland and Labrador; Nova Scotia; New Brunswick; Prince Edward Island. Central Canada (14 min.): Quebec; Ottawa; Ontario. Maps show the location of the provinces or territories (as well as Ottawa) at the opening of each segment. Information about each regional group is given and each segment concludes with an information screen showing the capital city, a few of the major industries, the total land area of the province or territory, and the provincial or territorial flag.
