Fresh off his success in solving the Marco Polo murders, Neil heads to Mexico City to take part in the Azteca Cocina -- a high-profile battle of the chiefs. Unfortunately, things start to go wrong at the very first cook-off when Isabella is kidnapped and a mysterious note offers a way out: lose in the final and all will be well; win, and Isabella will die.
